Rental Rates

Rates shown are for two people.

Dogs are welcome at the Boat House (an additional fee of £30 applies per stay per dog.)   Please contact us directly for discounts for solo traveller stays. 

Babies and toddlers under two are free of charge.  A high chair and cot bed can be provided but please let us know in advance. Children (aged 2-12) are charged an additional £13 per night. Children over 12 -16 years of age are charged £17 per night. Adults are charged an additional £25 per night.   Please note, due to  computer glitch we are trying to sort out children rates may not be applied automatically. 

Please note,  if the Boat House is unable to open due  any other unexpected reason concerning the boat house, a full refund will be provided.  However, we still advise you have travel insurance in case you become ill.  

If you cancel less than 8 weeks before your stay there is no charge - cancellations must be in writing. If you cancel less than 8 weeks days then you will lose your deposit.  If you cancel less than 3 weeks then we cannot refund you - unless we get rebooked, in which case we will offer a 50% refund via a credit note.  Unfortunately with less than ten days notice there is no refund. We do not accept transfer booking.
