Rates shown are for two people.

Dogs are welcome at the Boat House (an additional fee of £20 applies.)   Please contact us directly for discounts for solo traveller stays. 

Babies and toddlers under two are free of charge.  A high chair and cot bed can be provided but please let us know in advance. Children (aged 2-12) are charged an additional £10 per night. Children over 12 -16 years of age are charged £15 per night. Adults are charged an additional £20 per night.   Please note, due to  computer glitch we are trying to sort out children rates may not be applied automatically. 

Please note,  if the Boat House is unable to open due to government restrictions, a full refund will be provided.  However, we still advise you have travel insurance in case you become ill.  

If your location (home address) is put in to restrictions and you cannot travel then we will offer you a transfer or travel voucher for future stay.  Please note, if you are unsure about traveling we will work with you to move your stay if we can, but this is at our discretion, we can only accommodate dates moving once, as we have other customers who will wish to book.  

If you cancel less than 90 days before your stay there is no charge - cancellations must be in writing. If you cancel less than 30 days then a 50% charge of full cost of booking applies.  If you cancel less than 3 weeks then we cannot refund you - unless we get rebooked, in which case we will offer a 50% refund via a credit note.  Unfortunately with less than three days notice there is no refund. We do not accept transfer booking.

We have a special NHS offer for employees including care workers - 10% off or bottle of sparkling wine on arrival. Please let us know you are NHS staff member and send us ID when you book and we will process a refund for you after your stay.
